Quality Control.

TopGuard performs routine inspections using its field supervisors. Field supervisors are first level management personnel with the authority to make on-the-spot corrections, interact with our clients and ensure that their specifications are met. Our field supervisors perform inspections on a frequent, unannounced basis, and provide reports detailing results to both TopGuard management and the client.

Consultation.

Our field supervisors also serve as the eyes and ears of our clients. In situations where a client facility has no security director, TopGuard is often called upon to act in that capacity. During the normal course of supervision, we frequently provide information and suggestions for improvement of each client's security and safety procedures, reducing their liability and loss exposure.

A professional appearance, politeness, friendliness and an ability to deal with any breaches of security in a firm and effective manner, without causing any unnecessary disturbance, form the core duties and responsibilities of our personnel.

TopGuard Personnel have a distinctive uniform and a professional dress code, regularly spot-checked by managers, and is worn with pride by our officers.
